Brandon has spent over two decades building and scaling technology companies. As one of the first employees of Team Liquid—one of the world's premier esports organizations—he helped raise capital from investors including Magic Johnson, Ted Leonsis, and Peter Guber, and navigated the organization through its acquisition.

Previously, he led multiple fundraising rounds at Curse, growing it from a small startup to an international operation before its acquisition by Twitch. Brandon went on to co-found and lead Opera Event as CEO, raising $8M to build technology serving over 18,000 content creators.

Eddie brings 30 years of engineering leadership across security, networking, and cloud infrastructure. His career spans foundational roles at Bay Networks and Cisco Systems, through engineering management at PayPal, to VP of Engineering positions at Barracuda Networks, Zetta, Sift Security, and Corelight.

Eddie has built and scaled engineering teams across cloud computing, distributed systems, and enterprise security—experience that now drives the technical architecture behind Frontier's unified bingo management platform.

Dr. Russell Gavin

Dr. Russell Gavin

Chief Operating Officer

Russ is CEO of the Santa Clara Vanguard, the 7-time DCI World Champion drum corps, where he led the organization's return to competition in 2024 after a strategic restructuring. He also serves as the Dr. Arthur P. Barnes Director of Bands at Stanford University.

Previously, Russ served as Corps Director of the Blue Stars Drum & Bugle Corps from 2012 to 2021. He brings firsthand operational knowledge of running a bingo-funded nonprofit, having overseen Vanguard Bingo—one of the most successful charitable gaming operations in California and the primary fundraising engine for the Vanguard's world-class programs since 1974.

Minard brings over 30 years of sales leadership across gaming, mobile, and entertainment. As EVP of Sales and Marketing at JAMDAT Mobile, he helped grow the company from a pre-revenue startup to the industry's leading mobile games publisher, culminating in its $680 million acquisition by Electronic Arts in 2006. Advertising Age named him a Top 50 marketing executive in 2005.

His career spans senior roles at Activision (VP International), ESPN.com/Walt Disney Internet Group, and RealD. He later co-founded Six Degrees Games and became a partner at BITKRAFT Esports Ventures.

Andrew has 14 years of experience in product management within B2B SaaS and enterprise security. At HP Fortify, he served as Global Delivery Manager and later Strategy & Operations Manager, helping scale the Fortify on Demand security platform following HP's acquisition.

Andrew went on to lead product at Opera Event, where he worked alongside Brandon and Eddie building technology for thousands of content creators. A former professional poker player, he brings analytical rigor and deep understanding of gaming operations to Frontier's product strategy.
